As the sun pauses on the longest night of the year, we gather to honour the stillness, the shadows, and the quiet magic of deep winter. Join Liana for a 3-hour immersive journey designed to restore, replenish, and gently realign your inner compass. This Winter Solstice ritual invites you to slow down and soften into the season’s invitation for rest and reflection. We’ll move through pranayama, deeply embodied slow flow yoga, followed by yoga nidra to support nervous system ease and inner spaciousness. We’ll close with a nurturing sharing circle over warming refreshments, and you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated workbook to continue the journey at home.
