You’ll be guided through yoga and meditation practices, however the approach is purposefully kept simple.

THE PROGRAM:
9am: Gentle yoga featuring postures and pranayama (breath work) for purification and restoration
10:30am: Light and nourishing Morning tea (included) featuring mindfulness practice
10:50am: Yoga Nidra, Walking Meditation, Meditation for Stability
12pm: Finish
MEET ERIN LEE
Erin teaches yoga techniques with an focus on applying mindfulness throughout, to intentionally increase presence and cultivate a compassionate approach. You’ll feel cared for by her gentle and intentional approach, while being encouraged to lean into the bigger picture of your practice – and life. Erin is the founder and lead trainer of The Mindful Yoga School and author of the The Little Book of Big Intentions.
THE LOCATION
Your half-day retreat begins with your arrival at Cottesloe Beach, entering the Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club. You’ll lay your mat and things down, and settle in ready for a 9am start, taking in the vast Indian Ocean views.
